We take you through an artistic process that helps to take your life drawings to a new level 

Sessions start at 11 am and run until 1 pm.  All materials are supplied

Arrive early to set up and be ready to start at 11!

This was the best way to  begin drawing practice in the New Year for me.  Great tutoring, venue and model.  A well organised and a useful, pleasurable session.

Wonderfully wise tutoring by Mike who really understands live-drawing, this group has a great atmosphere with input from other students as well as first class model and lovely light in a welcoming room.

I'm new to charcoals and life drawing, but wanted to take on the challenge of faces, limbs, hands and feet.  My first session was brilliant.  The first hour was spent on exercises, eg lighting sketches, then drawing with your non dominant hand, then drawing without letting the charcoal leave the paper.  Then the second hour was spent on a long portrait.  Paper and materials are all provided.  If free on a Saturday this will be my go to place.

I'm delighted to introduce a brilliant model to you on June 1st at our next Life Drawing Sunday in Middle Aston.

Macarena is a lovely Chilean lady who is a dancer as well as an excellent model. She is an established resource for many of the schools and colleges around Oxford and frequently works at Sunningwell School of Art too.

We provide easels, paper, materials, refreshments and plenty of parking

Please join us for 3 hours of untutored bliss as we enjoy the company of Macarena!

We introduce you to the lovely, elegant Lauren this month. She's a burlesque dancer and will bring a few props with her to add a splash of colour to the set, so bring your paints or pastels!

3 hours will doubtless whizz by!

Easels, paper, materials, refreshments and parking are all included in the price, so please join us on Sunday 15th June and make this a special afternoon with a great model!
